    « Great pedal! »
Great pedal! Almost all of my friends ride the same pedals, tons of miles and wrecks and everything else on these pedals between all of us. I have yet to see a single problem. Just set them pretty loose and go ride. Really a great pedal for the price.

« Good basic clipless pedals »
Worked fine with old SH-50 cleats. Comes with SH-51. Handy with clips on both sides. Being used on road bike. Good price

« NICE PEDALS FOR THE PRICE »
THIS IS A NICE PAIR OF PEDALS FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY, GOOD ROBUST METAL BODY, THE SYSTEM WORKS GOOD, THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB WORKS JUST FINE, WHEN RIDING ON WET CONDITIONS, SOME RUST TENDS TO BUILD UP ON SOME SPOTS, BUT NOTHING A GOOD LUBRICATION CAN'T FIX. GOOD MUD CLEARANCE, AND CLICKING AND UNCLICKING FROM PEDALS IS EASY ONCE YOU GET THE RIGHT SPOT ON THE ADJUSTMENT KNOB. THE REASON I GAVE IT FOUR STARS IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT, THIS ARE NOT A PAIR OF FEATHERLIGHT PEDALS, LIKE OTHERS OUT THERE ON THE MARKET, BUT AGAIN, PRETTY GOOD COST-BENEFIT RATIO ON THESE. IF YOU WANT SOME LIGH WEIGHT PEDALS, YOU WILL HAVE TO THROW IN SOME EXTRA BUCKS.
I WOULD DEFINETELY RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE STARTING ON USING CLIPLESS PEDALS.

    « Very good product »
This is my first set of "clipless" pedals. I got them a few weeks ago, and have about 400 miles on them so far. I have to say that they are much easier to get into and out of than I had expected. It is a breeze, and just using this type of pedal system makes a big differnce in your cycling experience.

These pedals were easy to install - my old pedals came right off even though the bike is 26 years old! They have a very simple adjustment to contol the difficulty level of locking in and releasing. For now, I still have them on the easiest setting, and I have only "unclicked" a couple of times without trying. It is no big deal when you do, so I may not ever bother to change the setting. I do like the ease of entry/release at this setting.

These were very inexpensicve relative to some other pedals I have seen, and of course Shimano is a well known and respected brand, so I hope to have no trouble with these for aq long time. Overall, i strongly recommend this product.

They are a little sticky at first, but with adjusting and brief "break in" period, they are a great value, especially for the price.
