    I purchased the extra firm 6"x36" roller. Due to some serious lower back issues, I've always had a problem with tight back muscles. My son and daughter-in-law use a roller and made the suggestion I try it. It is amazing how it eased the soreness in my muscles. I've noticed increased flexibility and range of motion. I usually don't have the time or money for a massage..this is a great substitute.

    i bought the 6 x 36 round roll. yes, this is very very firm. probably not recommended for newbies or if you hate painful massages. this helps alleviate the pain the day after working out. i use this for my back and sometimes i can crack a vertebrae or two. this roller helps you get rid of a lot of muscle tensions. quick alternative to deep tissue massage.
