    « Ouch »
Well not much to say, it arrived swiftly and it has held up to all the abuse I have thrown at it. It is large enough to conduct any exercise and has really held me with knee pain from past surgeries.

    « too big »
This product does what it says but it was just too big. I would have sent it back and ordered a smaller version, but it's so ridiculous how much it costs to return, it wasn't worth it. So, I really don't use it much, and it doesn't work with the book I ordered.

    « Perfect Foam Roll... »
My roommate happens to be a physical therapist and recommended these foam rolls for my use (pain in the side of my leg). It's excellent; provides a good firmness/resistence -- just enough so I know when my leg needs a rest (or more stretching) from my runs! FYI: it is my understanding the black rolls are the extra firm ones. If you need/prefer something "softer," consult your pt/trainer for a different color (different firmness), as well as length of roll for your particular use.

« Excellent for deep massage »
I bought the 6"x36" high density foam roller through Amazon 2 weeks ago. I use it on my legs and back after exercising and playing tennis. There has been a good reduction in soreness and stiffness, especially in the hip and knee areas. There are some good videos on Youtube about using foam rollers. Also I have been using exercises from the book "Core Performance". I highly recommend it as an addition to a vigorous exercise program.

« Review of the foam roller »
I think I would love this, but I have had to search for information on how to use it and ways to use it. There were no instructions.
